The Business Practice Groups include: Corporates, Public Finance, Financial Institutions, Structured Finance, Sovereign and International Public Finance, and Infrastructure.\nThe opportunity provides the chance to embark on a dynamic 10-week summer training and development journey that begins in June 2027. Laura made this video in conjunction with her university; IE University. \nResponsibilities:\nTeam Contribution & Capability Building\nSupport the team in deal execution and various analytical projects, contributing resourceful ideas in collaborative discussions.\nBuild capability by working with assigned summer intern project teams to successfully complete and present findings and conclusions to senior leaders.\nCore Analytical & Delivery\nBuild capability in credit rating methodologies by learning and understanding standard techniques.\nSupport analysts by providing timely and accurate quarterly financial statistics and data analysis.\nSupport and help maintain high-quality research, presentations, reporting, and modelling.\nUse AI technologies as an enabler to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights, integrating them into existing analytical frameworks.\nStakeholder & Market Engagement\nAssist with preparing rating committees and issuer management meetings to help produce clear narratives for engagement.\nUnderstand the importance of cultivating a customer-oriented, solutions mindset and observe and learn from service excellence in action.\nRisk Management and Operating\nApply confidentiality, documentation, and governance requirements. \nSupport pilot/testing under supervision and within defined guardrails.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nBasic Required Qualifications\nEducation\nPostgraduate & Undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study only. \nWe welcome candidates from traditional finance disciplines e.g. Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Math, Public Policy, Quantitative Analysis, Data and Statistics.
