It has been described by the Financial Times as the ‘the Davos of energy,’ and by Politico as the “industry’s Super Bowl.” CNBC called it “the world’s preeminent energy conference.” CERAWeek was rated one of the top five overall “corporate leader” conferences in the world.\n Responsibilities and Impact:\n\nManage the End-to-End Speaker Lifecycle: Oversee the comprehensive speaker journey from initial identification and invitation to acceptance, onboarding, and registration, ensuring a smooth and accurate process for all participants. This includes verifying speaker information, preparing invitation letters, and tracking statuses across systems.\nEnsure Data Integrity and Quality Control: Maintain authoritative speaker records across all platforms, proactively identifying and resolving data conflicts, duplicate records, and inconsistencies.\nFacilitate Speaker Onboarding and Website Publication: Make accepted speakers \"live on site\", balancing speed with data completeness.\nCoordinate Speaker Registration and Logistics: Administer speaker registration processes, including triggering registration emails, monitoring completion, and managing hotel allocations.\nGenerate Critical Reports and Communications: Produce tailored speaker reports for various stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Partners, VIP, Leadership), extracting essential data from master lists to inform strategic decisions and external communications.\nDrive Process Improvement and Automation Initiatives: Actively contribute to identifying and implementing process efficiencies, automation, and AI opportunities within speaker management workflows.\nCompensation/Benefits Information:\nFinal base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.\nIn addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
