About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10Role: Senior Platform Engineer - Enterprise Developer Platform and Toolchain The Team The Enterprise Developer Platform & Toolchain team owns the developer platforms, tools and capabilities that support software engineers across S&P Global. Our core functions are DevOps, DevSecOps, FinOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, and Developer Experience (DevEx). We partner with divisional DevOps/TechOps teams and InfoSec to establish consistent controls and governance across the SDLC. As platform owners, we define and implement policies and controls that secure developer tools without disrupting the developer's experience. We build services and processes that enable DevOps practices across the company and use DevEx insights to keep our platforms simple, consistent, and engineer friendly.
