Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.\nResponsibilities\nBasic Function - Maintain accounts receivables, calculate payroll, and provide direct customer service.\nAccounts Receivable\nMaintain accounts.\nLog and post monthly parker payments.\nPrepare and make daily bank deposits.\nCoordinate and collect overdue/outstanding accounts.\nSupport Facility Manager by resolving A/R issues and investigating areas of concern.\nAssist in preparation of monthly client statements.\nPayroll\nCalculate payroll for downtown locations.\nEnter payroll for assigned locations.\nCustomer Service\nAnswer and direct incoming phone calls, as well as walk-in customer inquiries and transactions.\nProcess mail.\nAssist Facility Manager with other administrative duties. \nQualifications\nMust be professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. \nMust be a team player and possess an outgoing personality, but comfortable working individually. \nProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
