From cleaning, painting, and general repair to daily and seasonal services, we use our environmentally compliant processes to create customized maintenance services hassle-free.\nWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator, who will be responsible for the efficient scheduling, planning, and coordination of maintenance activities. This role ensures that all maintenance work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing downtime by effectively managing maintenance tasks and resources.\nScheduling and Planning\nDevelop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.\nPrioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, impact on operations, and available resources.\nCoordinate maintenance activities without disrupting operations.\nAssist with scheduling maintenance jobs for both the internal SP+ Facility Maintenance team and external vendors.\nExpense Management and Billing Support\nTrack monthly expenses and assist with billing. \nLook for opportunities to improve efficiency and find ways to save budget expenses\nWork Order Management\nGenerate estimates for maintenance services as requested.\nCreate, track, and close out work orders in the maintenance management system.\nEnsure accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.\nResource Coordination\nAllocate labor, tools, and materials for scheduled maintenance tasks.\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance services.\nEnsure that all maintenance personnel have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties efficiently.\nAssist the Maintenance team with completing on-site work when special needs arise.\nAssist with transporting equipment to the repair shop.\nCompliance and Safety\nEnsure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.\nConduct regular safety inspections and audits of maintenance activities.\nPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.\nReporting and Documentation\nPrepare regular reports on maintenance activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.\nMaintain detailed records of equipment history, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.\nProvide data and insights to support maintenance planning and decision-making processes.\nCommunication and Coordination\nServe as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries and issues.\nCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities.\nCollaborate with the Maintenance management team to develop and implement maintenance strategies and improvements.\nInventory Management\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.\nOrder and restock materials as needed to ensure uninterrupted maintenance operations.\nMaintain accurate records of inventory usage and stock levels.\nQualifications\nPrior experience in maintenance coordination, planning or a related role. \nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.\nKnowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and equipment.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nRelevant certifications in maintenance management or a related field are a plus (e.g., Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)).\nSP+ is an equal opportunity employer committed in policy and practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote, in all job classifications, without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity, disability or other classes protected by federal or state law.
