Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in directing and managing routine cleaning, maintenance & repair, including, power washing, slurring, striping, sweeping, commercial painting.\nAssist in the management of the day-to-day activities of assigned projects including supervising day/evening maintenance crew ensuring completion of all daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance and cleaning projects.\nAssist with management duties including: scheduling, monitoring and checking of timecards.\nSupervise the completion of all ongoing and future projects.\nMonitor and implement effective safety procedures.\nReport any known accidents, safety hazards or unusual occurrences observed or suspected violations of Company policy to the General Manager, Maintenance Services\nAssist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.\nConduct regular facility and equipment inspections to ensure all are in good maintenance conditions.\nEnsure compliance with environmental standards and corporate governance.\nLead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.\nPerform other necessary functions as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
