Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for running the day-to-day activities of a DOT-regulated shuttle operation including, but not limited to, the supervision of employees, maintaining client relations, and ensuring that company standards are being upheld. Other duties include general accounting, general HR functions (hiring, terminating, and training) and claims review.\nOversee customer relations to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about the shuttle bus operation or service are resolved diplomatically.\nOversee daily shuttle bus operation.\nSupervise the quality of work for all employees to ensure that all work tasks and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively, and as required.\nEnsure that proper shuttle operations, security, cash control and customer service procedures are being followed by all employees.\nHandle all personnel issues and paperwork for hiring, termination and training of support staff.\nSupervise shuttle operations in order to ensure that incoming customers are served efficiently and properly.\nMonitor maintenance of the operation to ensure that it is clean and maintained according to company policies and procedures. \nHandle general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.\nMonitor and review all damage claims in order to assign responsibility for damages.\nRecommend and implement plans or programs to improve safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.\nQualifications\nQualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n5+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in a transportation environment preferred.\nQualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.\nLicense Requirement: Per DOT Regulations, you will be required to have and maintain a valid CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License depending on the location's hiring needs, with Passenger Endorsement if you will be responsible for operating shuttle buses with a passenger capacity of 15 passengers or more. \n DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.\nAvailability to Work: Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.
