Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently.\nEnsure proactive communication with clients regarding opportunities to improve operations. \nSupervise valet attendant relations with clients to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about rates or services are resolved diplomatically. \nHire, develop, train, and supervise a team of employees. \nIdentify proper staffing levels to complete duties, deliver superior customer service, and perform daily job functions. \nEnsure that proper parking, security, and cash control procedures are followed. \nMaximizing profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control procedures, expense reviews, and managing the operation's budget. \nIdentify all procurement and vendor service needs of the location.\nPerform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, and petty cash. \nMonitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards. \nMonitor and review all damage claims. Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve the safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.\nImplement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.\nQualifications\nWhat you need\nDemonstrates ability to lead, manage and motivate team members.\n\nPassionate about customer service and client satisfaction.\n\nPrior experience developing budgets and P&L (Profit and Loss) review a plus.\n\nAbility to react and problem-solve quickly.\n\nExperience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
