Leadership & 5-Star Service\nLead by Example: Provide and guide your team to deliver 5-Star service to every guest.\n\nProfessionalism: Maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure total guest and client satisfaction.\n\nPositive Experience: Focus on enhancing the well-being of both guests and associates to create memorable experiences.\n\n2. Operational Oversight\nShift Management: Ensure the proper functioning of your assigned shift from start to finish.\n\nPolicy Compliance: Monitor and ensure that all team members adhere to Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality policies and procedures.\n\nTeam Support: Act as the first point of contact for associates during the shift to resolve issues quickly and effectively.\n\n3.
