With over 23,000 employees across 4,000+ locations in North America and Europe, we’re reimagining how people move through their journeys-saving time, reducing hassle, and ensuring every step feels effortless and efficient.\nResponsibilities\nThe Valet Supervisor directly oversees the staff of Valet Attendants and Valet Dispatchers at a full service property.\nGeneral Duties and Responsibilities:\nCoordinate the daily operation of the Valet\nSupervise employees\nStaff and schedule a busy 24/7 operation\nSafely park and retrieving guest vehicles \nStoring or retrieving guest belongings\nAssist guest with their luggage\nRespond to guest inquiries and requests in an efficient and professional manner\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be eligible to work in the United States. \nMust successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.\nMust pass pre-employment Drug Testing process.\nMust successfully pass any other additional pre-employment background screening. \nMust successfully obtain and maintain airport badge. \nNeeds to be familiar and comfortable with computers.\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nAble to work in fast paced, high volume active guest service environment.\nSome college preferred\nAt least one (1) year supervisory experience\nExperience in the hospitality, restaurant, tourism, retail industries is a plus\nOn-site customer service and/or vendor services experience is preferred\nExcellent oral communication skills\nComputer experience preferred\nMust be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously\nFollow company appearance guidelines.\nUphold clients guest service guidelines and values. \nPhysical Requirements / Work Environment\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally\nMust be able to work to work in outside weather conditions for the entire shift (hot, cold, humid, precipitation, etc.). Shifts will not be cancelled due to inclement or extreme weather conditions\nAbility to stand, walk, and jog at a swift pace on varying elevations including stairs for duration for the entire scheduled shift\nRequired to enter and exit vehicle of varying heights\nAppearance Guidelines\nEmployees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes.
