The selected candidate will oversee the protection of classified information and programs, coordinate physical security, facilitate program security needs, and coach security standards and awareness.\nResponsibilities include:\nPerforms oversight of classified programs, personnel clearances, and facility security requirements\nPerforms security audits and inspections in accordance with Government regulations and reports all findings and corrective actions to leadership\nEvaluates and monitors security program effectiveness, identifies weaknesses, and eliminates or mitigates vulnerabilities \nSupports and maintains visitor control functions, inventory, and security badge issuance\nPrepares DD Forms 254, Contract Security Classification\nMonitors and manages personnel security clearances\nMonitors company and associated personnel for insider threats\nConducts security briefings, exit interviews, and debriefings\nInvestigates and reports security violations\nServes as the primary liaison with Government counterparts\nManages classified documents and hardware\nAssists with security training programs\nAssists with classified meeting and conference support\nResponds to security alarms, unsecured spaces, and security-related emergencies around the clock\n Required Qualifications:Must be a U.S. citizen\nTop Secret Clearance with an in-scope SSBI and SCI eligibility\nMust have a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional-level work experience\nMust have a bachelor's degree or an additional 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information\nFamiliarity with 32 CFR 117 (NISPOM), ICD 705, DoD 5200.01, UL2050 and other industry and Government instructions and operating within industrial security environments\nDemonstrated knowledge of DISS, NISS, JADE, and other industry security tools\nWorking knowledge of intrusion detection, access control and CCTV systems, record keeping databases\nStrong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint programs\nMust be customer-orientated with the ability to assume accountability for assignments, work well with others, and be comfortable presenting to and training employees\nAbility to multitask in-depth projects, customer service, and urgent repairs and service\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nWilling to travel and/or work extended hours as needed\n*Salary Range\n$79,000 - $140,000Salary commensurate on education and relevant experience\n\nThis range serves as a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as role, level, location, market conditions, and individual qualifications, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
