This is an excellent opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, support high-impact customers, and further develop your expertise in modern networking environments.\nMain Tasks:\nProvide 2nd level technical support for Enterprise and Data Center network environments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across routing, switching, and other networking technologies\nEscalate unresolved or vendor-related issues to appropriate vendors (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) and actively follow through to resolution\nMaintain continuous communication with customers, providing updates and ensuring full service restoration within agreed SLAs\nWork closely with field engineers for on-site interventions, guidance, and coordinated incident handling\nDocument all configuration changes, incident actions and resolutions\nParticipate in standby rotation to provide off-hours support\nParticipate in network project implementations (design, configuration, testing etc) along with the Engineering team\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field\nMinimum 4 years of experience in a similar position\nCCNP Enterprise certification (or equivalent knowledge level)\nSolid experience with Cisco technologies\nStrong troubleshooting skills in IP networking environments\nExcellent knowledge of English language (both written and spoken)\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster’s Degree\nExperience with Fortinet, HPE, Juniper and/or Huawei networking
