Space Kinetic is building ambitious, first-of-its-kind technology, and that requires urgency, ownership, and a high level of commitment to changing the foundational assumptions for everything we do in space.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to support receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling in a fast-paced aerospace environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining accurate records, organizing materials, and ensuring parts and supplies are available when our teams need them. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will help keep warehouse operations safe, efficient, and ready to support Space Kinetic’s engineering and manufacturing activities.\nJob Responsibilities:\nReceive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities and documentation against purchase orders.\nInspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues to the Supply Chain Manager.\nLabel, organize, and store parts and materials in designated locations to support accurate inventory tracking.\nPick and transport materials to fulfill internal requests and support engineering and manufacturing operations.\nPack, label, and document outgoing shipments accurately.\nProcess and document returns, updating inventory records and returning materials to the appropriate locations.\nRecord incoming and outgoing inventory transactions in warehouse management or ERP systems, such as Cetec or Oracle WMS.\nOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and in accordance with training and authorization.\nMaintain clean, organized warehouse work areas and designated storage locations for flammable materials.\nParticipate in inventory counts and audits, helping identify and resolve discrepancies.\nWhat It Takes:\nAssociate’s degree in warehouse science.\n2-6 years of relevant warehouse experience.\nAbility to check receiving and shipping documentation and maintain accurate inventory records.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nStrong work ethic, ownership of assigned tasks, and a focus on achieving results.\nCommitment to safe material handling and an orderly work environment.\nWhat We'd Love:\nExperience using ERP or warehouse management systems.\nExperience with receiving and forklift operation.\nFamiliarity with 5S workplace organization.\nUnderstanding of Aerospace Material Specifications (AMS) or specialty metals.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.\nAll tools and safety equipment are provided by Space Kinetic.\nWhere You’ll Be:\nThe position is onsite at our headquarters in El Segundo, CA.\nWhat We Offer:\nEquity-Based Compensation\n401(k) retirement plan with a 3.5% company match\nHighly Competitive PTO\nPaid company holidays + winter break \nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance\nUnique Performance-based bonus opportunities\nITAR Requirements:\nTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
