and Responsibilities includes:\nDevelop, analyze, and manage system requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle.\nSupport requirements decomposition, traceability, verification planning, and configuration management.\nCoordinate technical activities across Government, FFRDC, UARC, and industry partners.\nDevelop engineering documentation including:Systems Engineering Plans\nInterface Control Documents\nRequirements Documentation\nVerification Cross Reference Matrices\nTechnical Briefings\n\nParticipate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, and working groups.\nConduct trade studies, engineering assessments, and risk analyses.\nSupport technical baseline management and change control processes.\nAssist with integration planning, system verification, validation, and operational transition activities.\nPrepare executive-level briefings and decision-support materials.\nCoordinate with program managers, chief engineers, and operational stakeholders to resolve technical issues.\nSupport enterprise systems engineering efforts across multiple Space Force mission areas.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical discipline and 5 years of relative experience (4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree).\n5 years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or Federal programs.\nExperience with systems engineering lifecycle processes.\nExperience developing or managing requirements.\nExperience supporting technical integration across multiple organizations.\nExperience developing engineering documentation and technical briefings.\nExperience working directly with Government customers.\nActive TS clearance with in-scope T5/SSBI is required, along with SCI eligibility and participation in Continuous Evaluation.\nMust meet all requirements for SCI and SAP access and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination.\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience supporting one or more of the following:\nU.S. Space Force\nTest and Evaluation\nModel-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)\nDigital Engineering\nMission Engineering\nRequirements Management tools (DOORS, Jama, Cameo, MagicDraw)\nAgile acquisition or DevSecOps environments\nRisk Management Framework
