La persona inserita, a diretto riporto del Responsabile Ufficio Legale, fornirà supporto nella gestione delle principali tematiche legali, contrattuali e societarie della Società e delle aziende del Gruppo, operando in un contesto anche internazionale.

Principali attività

  • Supportare la gestione delle tematiche di diritto commerciale, societario, industriale e del lavoro, a livello nazionale e internazionale.
  • Revisionare e aggiornare la contrattualistica con clienti e fornitori, dalla fase di bidding alla formalizzazione dei contratti, contribuendo alla valutazione e mitigazione dei rischi.
  • Predisporre e gestire la contrattualistica intercompany delle società del Gruppo.
  • Supportare gli adempimenti societari delle società italiane ed estere del Gruppo e monitorarne le relative scadenze.
  • Gestire le tematiche relative a privacy e GDPR, whistleblowing e rapporti con l’Organismo di Vigilanza.
  • Gestire i rapporti con il broker assicurativo e le attività connesse alle coperture assicurative aziendali.
  • Seguire le attività di recupero crediti e coordinare, ove necessario, i consulenti esterni.
  • Supportare la gestione delle garanzie bancarie e delle relative attività amministrative.
  • Affiancare il Responsabile Ufficio Legale nelle operazioni straordinarie e nelle attività di due diligence legale.
