What matters most is your ability to understand how organisations operate, translate business needs into practical AI solutions and build trusted relationships with the people you work with.\nThis is a hands-on delivery role. You'll spend time understanding how organisations work, designing AI solutions around their business processes, implementing those solutions through PIPE44 and partnering with clients to ensure they deliver long-term value. If you're looking for a role focused primarily on software development, our Embedded AI Engineer role is likely a better fit.\nWhat You'll Do\nUnderstand how client organisations operate and identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.\n\nLead discovery sessions and solution design activities with business stakeholders.\n\nDesign practical AI operating models aligned to each organisation's objectives and ways of working.\n\nConfigure AI agents, knowledge structures and governance within PIPE44.\n\nGuide organisations through onboarding, implementation and long-term AI adoption.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with business and operational stakeholders.\n\nMeasure AI adoption, solution quality and business outcomes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nPartner with Embedded AI Engineers to ensure successful implementation and delivery.\n\nHelp shape the evolution of PIPE44 by bringing real-world client challenges and successful delivery patterns back into the platform.\n\nSkills & Experience\n7+ years of professional experience in solutions architecture, enterprise technology, AI transformation, digital transformation, knowledge management, business process improvement or a related field.\n\nDemonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders, department leaders or executive teams.\n\nStrong practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and modern enterprise AI workflows.\n\nExperience designing or implementing AI-enabled business solutions in production environments.\n\nUnderstanding of AI governance, knowledge management and responsible AI practices.\n\nAbility to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.\n\nStrong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nComfortable working with structured governance, accountability and delivery processes.\n\nExperience working in remote, client-facing environments is highly desirable.\n\nStrong ownership mentality, you deliver what you commit to.\n\nBusiness-fluent English (written and verbal).\n\nWhat This Role Doesn't Own\nFinal business decisions remain with the client's leadership team.\n\nTechnical implementation is delivered in partnership with our Embedded AI Engineers.\n\nAI solutions are designed collaboratively, successful adoption depends on working alongside client teams rather than replacing them.\n\nWhy Join SPACE44\nYou'll work with organisations that are genuinely committed to transforming how they operate with AI, not simply experimenting with the latest technology.\nEvery engagement presents a different challenge.
