This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in financial systems and data analysis.\nIn this role, you will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems, including ERP, Cobra, FP&A, budgeting, and reporting systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs. You will analyze and interpret financial data to prepare accurate financial reports and projections, providing insights to support decision-making. Collaborating with various departments, you will ensure financial systems align with business requirements and develop and maintain financial models and tools to enhance budgeting and forecasting processes. Providing support and training to end-users of financial systems will be a key responsibility, helping ensure effective utilization across teams. You will perform data validation and ensure data integrity within financial systems to maintain accuracy and reliability. Additionally, you will prepare documentation and user guides for financial systems, participate in system testing, and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless functionality. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nRequires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).\nTypically 2+ years of related experience.\nExperience with management consulting, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative or analytical roles in business, program, or operations management.\nExperience in a finance-related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Schedule Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis.\nExperience collecting data from several sources, performing analysis, and communicating data.\nExperience with advanced features in Excel (i.e., Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.).\nStrong business analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with financial systems implementation and maintenance, particularly ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Cobra).\nProficiency in financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights).\nFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).\nProficiency in SQL and database management for financial data analysis.\nExperience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation.\nStrong project management skills with exposure to Agile methodologies.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement.\nKnowledge of DoD, government contracting, and/or public auditing policies, labor rate composition.\nCompensation :\nPay Range:\n$76,388.00 - $105,054.50\nYour actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.\nElevate Your Career\nAt Sierra Space, we are committed to your personal and professional development.
