The Program Manager will be responsible for providing full support to the customer on multiple, simultaneous tasks.\nBasic Qualifications\nProven ability to interface effectively with multiple functional and programmatic areas, balancing and communicating competing priorities.\nRequires a BA degree and 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience or master’s degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.\nAbility to establish and maintain effective, constructive working relationships internally and externally.\nManage the evolution of the CTD satellite capability, including Two-way satellite Time transfer modems, Military code compliance, GPS and related trunks/circuits (including the provisioning of these circuits as needed).\nManage PM triad of cost, schedule, performance, scope and risks\nProven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced operational environments.\nStrong understanding of defense systems integration, mission operations, communications systems, cybersecurity, or related technical domains.\nStrong planning, organizational and execution skills able to balance across multiple priorities.\nHas expert knowledge of industry practices, advanced techniques, and solutions within a professional discipline to develop new standards, processes, and solutions.\nAbility to train other personnel in technology as needed.\nWillingness to travel to customer locations as needed for government meetings.\nTwice per week minimum onsite requirement as required.\nCurrently possess an active Top Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious hands-on experience managing specific technical implementation projects\nPMP certification\nITIL certificate\nPrior DISA experience\nIf you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
