In this role, you’ll own the coordination of interviews across all departments, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects True Anomaly’s high standards of excellence and speed. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams to drive an efficient, organized, and candidate-focused process.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving logistical challenges, and is motivated by creating structure and consistency within a growing team. This role reports directly to the Head of Talent and offers opportunities for career growth within Talent Acquisition and People Operations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across all roles, ensuring alignment with business priorities and a seamless candidate experience\nManage candidate communications - collecting availability, sending confirmations, and handling changes or logistics updates\nEnsure interview details, rooms, and video links are accurate and prepared for each session\nGreet onsite candidates, coordinate office tours, and serve as their main point of contact during visits\nPartner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional teams to enable smooth interview execution\nSupport interviewer readiness by maintaining scheduling resources and training materials\nIdentify and implement improvements to scheduling efficiency and candidate experience\nSupport in data management and provide regular updates on hiring activity, scheduling and candidate feedback metrics\nAdditional support areas included but not limited to: recruiting operations activities, preboarding and onboarding tasks, and attending recruiting events\nQUALIFICATIONS\n1+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations role.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nExperience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nProficiency with Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nCollaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.\nCOMPENSATION\nBase Salary: $70,000-$85,000\nEquity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\nWork Location: Successful candidates will be located near our headquarters in Centennial, CO and are expected to be in the office 5 days/week.\nWork environment: is in a standard office, working at a desk.\nThis position will be open until it is successfully filled.
