You will directly support the Stennis Test team who designs, builds, and operates Relativity’s propulsion and stage test stands. Team members are hands-on with large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies, pushing hardware to the limits and directly contributing to flight readiness. The work is fast-paced and highly operational, ideal for those with backgrounds in aviation, automotive, manufacturing, offshore operations, industrial systems, construction, or adjacent industries. As the company scales, the Stennis Test team becomes even more critical to unlocking our next phase of growth: proving out full-stage systems and paving the way for routine, reliable flights of Terran R.\nAbout the Role: Required travel to LB quarterly.\nIdentify Stennis Test Teams Learning Needs: Collaborate and partner directly with various internal subject matter experts to identify learning needs related to a variety of tasks and processes within the Stennis Test Team\nRepresent the Talent Development Team: Develop various learning content and programs for the Stennis Test Teams in line with the overarching learning experience and standards at Relativity Space; leverage existing learning content and programs where applicable\nOwn Stennis Test Learning Experience: Develop, facilitate, and manage in-person and virtual training sessions and learning experiences; including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, attendance tracking, and driving improvement through feedback from learner surveys\nLeverage the Learning Management System: Ensure Stennis Test learning programs are captured, team members have resources for self-service, and attendance records are tracked for compliance purposes\nContinuously Improve Stennis Test Learning Experience: Monitor, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of training content, sessions, and learning experiences; report findings to necessary stakeholders and senior leadership; utilize this information for on-going improvements; developing systems that promote scalability and automation\nEngage External Partners and Vendors: Leverage external expertise where needed for specialized resources, learning programs, or learning experiences that will support the growth, health, and overall success of the Stennis Test Team and Relativity Space\nAbout You:\n5+ years of experience developing and delivering technical training (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred)\nDemonstrated experience as collaborative but analytical, goal-oriented team player\nFamiliarity with training platforms and tools (LMS, Content authoring tools, etc.)\nProficiency in Microsoft Office\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nNice to haves but not required:\n8+ years of technical training experience (aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred)\nExperience in a manufacturing environment\nExperience with Storyline Articulate/360\nSuccessful candidates must clear a background check administered by the US government to obtain clearance for on-site work at our government partner location in Stennis, Mississippi.\nAt Relativity Space, we are committed to transparency and fairness in our compensation practices.
