looking for a Backend Software Engineer with strong experience in building scalable systems and a deep interest in AI-powered applications.\n\nThis is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will design and build backend services, integrate AI capabilities, and develop intelligent, agent-driven workflows used in real-world production environments.\n\nYou will work closely with product, AI, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance systems and automation features.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nBackend Development\n\nDesign, build, and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python\n\nDevelop scalable APIs and microservices for data-intensive applications\n\nOptimize system performance, reliability, and scalability\n\nDesign efficient data models and handle complex integrations\n\nAI & Intelligent Systems\n\nImplement and integrate AI-powered features into core products\n\nDesign and build agent-based workflows for automation and decision-making\n\nApply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM outputs and behavior\n\nWork with modern AI frameworks to productionize intelligent systems\n\nCloud & Infrastructure\n\nDevelop and deploy backend systems on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)\n\nBuild resilient, scalable cloud-native services\n\nContribute to system monitoring, logging, and reliability\n\nSystem Design & Engineering delivery\n\nParticipate in Agile development processes\n\nRequirements\n\n5+ years of backend software development experience\n\nStrong experience building and scaling backend systems in production\n\nCore Technical Skills\n\nStrong experience with Java and Spring Boot\n\nSolid experience with Python\n\nStrong knowledge of SQL and database design (PostgreSQL preferred)\n\nExperience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems\n\nHands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)\n\nProficiency with Git and modern development workflows\n\nAI & Modern Development Experience\n\nExperience with prompt engineering for LLM-based systems\n\nPractical experience building AI agent workflows in production\n\nFamiliarity with frameworks/tools such as:LangGraph\n\nLangChain\n\nLangSmith\n\nor similar ecosystems\nExperience using AI-assisted development tools, such as:Claude Code\n\nCodex\n\nOpenCode\n\nor similar\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with vector databases or semantic search (e.g., Milvus)\n\nKnowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices\n\nFamiliarity with
