You’ll be involved in the planning and execution of small-scale events and roadshows, working closely with vendors and event crews to ensure every activation runs smoothly. You’ll also gain hands-on experience working alongside the Pandu Pandu media team on real-world activations. If you’re organised, proactive, resourceful and someone who gets things done, we want you!\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nCoordinate and support events and roadshows of various scales, from planning through to on-site execution.\n\nLiaise with vendors and event crews to coordinate event requirements and logistics.\n\nOversee event setup and teardown, including carpets, tables, chairs, power points, signage and other event equipment.\n\nConduct site recce and prepare basic site reports with photos and notes.\n\nEnsure compliance with event SOPs, safety standards and mall or venue requirements.\n\nManage event inventory, logistics and storage to ensure all equipment and materials are properly organised.\n\nCoordinate the transportation, loading and unloading of event materials and equipment.\n\nMaintain a clean and organised storage area, and keep inventory records up to date.\n\nEnsure all event assets are properly maintained, tracked and accounted for.\n\nDrive or manoeuvre vehicles as required for event setup, display and on-site activities.\n\nBrief and coordinate part-time staff and event crews to ensure smooth on-site operations.\n\nProvide on-site support and resolve operational issues promptly when they arise.\n\nAct as the main on-site contact during events when required.\n\nRequirements\n\n1-2 years of experience in event coordination, event operations or on-ground event execution.\n\nOrganised, responsible and proactive, with a hands-on approach to work.\n\nComfortable working on-site, including occasional evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.\n\nWilling to travel to event venues and assist with operational tasks as needed.\n\nMust possess a valid Class D driving licence and be confident driving a car.\n\nFresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.\n\nAble to start immediately or as soon as
