This position involves high-volume processing of expense reports and invoices.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nMeet transaction targets in a high-volume accounts payable department\nProcess and match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies\nReview invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment\nRespond to questions from vendors and internal departments in a timely manner\nReconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies\nProvide support to the department by processing expense reports, maintaining Excel reports, importing, and exporting databases and files\nPayment coordination on a weekly basis\nMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices \nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree\n1+ years of accounts payable, finance, or operations experience (internship experience qualifies) \nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nStrong motivation for automation and process improvement\nGeneral knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)\nExperience with Excel and MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP accounting systems\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nExperience with SQL\nAbility to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness \nStrong organizational and time management skills \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be willing to work overtime and/or weekends as needed\nThis position is based in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area), and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\nPay Range:\nLevel 1: $30.00 - $34.00\nLevel 2: $33.00 - $38.00\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
