You'll work closely with HR Business Partners, Corporate Business Operations, and business leaders to deliver initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and impact across the organization. We’re looking for someone with a strong HR foundation who can think strategically, execute precisely, and partner effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead the design and execution of HR projects and initiatives across functions, geographies, and teams\nPartner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand challenges and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and programs. Support and collaborate with HR Business Partners on projects/initiatives they are leading\nDrive projects from planning through implementation-scoping goals, building timelines, identifying key milestones, and managing communications\nUse data to define success metrics, monitor project progress, and inform recommendations\nCollaborate with the HR Data team to surface and analyze trends that inform decision-making\nHelp develop and implement solutions that make HR processes more scalable, consistent, and aligned with company priorities\nSupport organizational change efforts, including restructuring, realignments, and other transformation work\nEnsure projects align with company culture, business strategy, and compliance expectations\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in HR or program management\n6+ years of experience managing or leading cross-functional projects involving HR systems, processes, or policy implementation (including, but not limited to, core HR initiatives such as performance management, onboarding, HR compliance)\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nProven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously\nStrong collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the business, including senior leadership\nExperience using HRIS systems and people data to inform project decisions (e.g., Workday, Tableau, Excel)\nTrack record of improving HR programs or processes that supported business growth or transformation\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics\nComfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment\nHigh attention to detail, organization, and follow-through\nTraining or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, SQL, Power Automate)\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nWilling to travel up to 10%, based on project needs\nAble to work extended hours or weekends when required\nMust be able to pass an Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral\nThis is a full-time onsite role based in Palo Alto, CA. Remote work will not be considered\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\nPay Range:\nLevel 3: $145,000.00 - $215,000.00\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
