Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.\nHRIS COMPLIANCE ANALYST\nAs an HRIS Compliance Analyst you will lead compliance initiatives for the company’s internal HRIS: data accuracy, security, and regulatory requirements. You will review people data, prepare materials for reviews, and apply established controls so HR processes in the HRIS stay accurate. Additionally, you will handle multiple high-impact projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nOwn HRIS compliance activities: data accuracy checks, access reviews, audit trails, and evidence gathering\nAssess HRIS compliance risk and recommend system and process changes to Legal and HR leadership\nInterpret legal guidance and convert guidance into process/system requirements\nConduct user-access and segregation-of-duties reviews in the HCM\nCreate and lead training for HR users on data standards, access rules, and audit expectations\nPartner with Legal to assess the HRIS impact of applicable regulatory changes and coordinate implementation of required system and process changes\nManage federal contractor and HR regulatory compliance\nCreate control documentation: process maps, checklists, test steps, exception logs, and retention notes\nPartner with HR, IT, HRIS and Legal to apply data standards and control procedures\nPrepare extracts, samples, and written evidence for internal, external, and government audits\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree\n2+ years of experience in Human Resources\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nExperience owning HRIS compliance in a multi-state and global workforce\nExperience at a federal contractor, defense/aerospace company, or similarly regulated employer (OFCCP, EEO, I-9/E-Verify, or audit-ready workforce data)\nExperience supporting EEO-1, VETS-4212, OFCCP / AAP, I-9 / E-Verify, or similar filings\nFamiliarity with ITAR/export-control rules as they apply to HR data\nStrong attention to detail and experience handling confidential employee data\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\nPay Range:\nLevel 1: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00\nLevel 2: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
