In this role your contributions will ensure that the employee onboarding team can consistently and quickly provide a high-quality and engaging welcoming experience to SpaceX new hires. Your efforts will also help maximize the employee onboarding team's potential and impact. \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nEnsure that new hires have a seamless onboarding experience from the moment they have accepted an offer\nSchedule and prepare for weekly new hire orientation across all sites\nCommunicate with all internal stakeholders regarding the status of new hires\nVerify the employment eligibility of all new hires\nEvaluate current processes and implement improvements to streamline our onboarding experience\nProvide outstanding service to our new hires by responding in a timely manner to their questions\nTrack, maintain, and order onboarding supplies as needed\nWork collaboratively with other team members to actively source new development resources as needed based on requests from fellow team members, the HR team, or people managers\nPerform other duties as assigned\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree\n1+ years of professional experience in marketing, human resources, customer service, or an administrative capacity\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nExperience with HR, recruiting, and/or onboarding\nExperience working daily in applicant tracking and human resources information systems \nStrong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to appropriately prioritize tasks\nAbility to learn quickly on the job and work in a dynamic organization with rapidly changing needs\nHigh level of self-motivation, initiative, and sense of urgency to get things done\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook\nFamiliarity with Greenhouse and Workday a plus\nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nThis is not a remote position and will require relocation if not already local to the Bastrop, TX area\nPosition occasionally requires the ability to work overtime and weekends when needed\nITAR REQUIREMENTS:\nTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
