Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.\nSTARLINK COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER (CONSUMER LIFECYCLE)\nStarlink Consumer Communications is hiring a Communications Manager to run post-purchase email programs for existing customers: plan upgrades, accessories, bundles, and referrals. \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nPlan, write, and run post-purchase email programs that grow revenue from customers who already have the kit (upsell, upgrades, accessories, referrals, and similar)\nUse targeting, testing, and reporting to improve conversion and scale those programs over time\nSupport launches of new offers and products as they become available, with a focus on attach, upgrade, and expansion\nReport on conversion, revenue, and related metrics\nSupport other customer communications as needed, including plan and price changes, terms of service, and new-country launches \nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree\n5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth, or consumer communications, with owned programs that drove measurable upsell, upgrade, and retention outcomes\nPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, economics or a related field\nHands-on experience building automated, trigger-based lifecycle emails: targeting, cadence, A/B testing, and reporting\nDemonstrated ability to write customer-facing copy\nComfort owning experiment design and commercial metrics (conversion, mix, incremental revenue/ARR, unsubscribe and complaint cost)\nSubscription or consumer-technology experience\nComfort with data used to target and measure email programs\nExperience working with legal, product, and operations partners \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAvailable to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed \nWillingness to travel as needed \nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\nPay Range:\nLevel 3: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00\nYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.\nBase salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
