This role is ideal for a student who is excited about building real product features, improving internal workflows, and working on applied AI initiatives. You will work closely with our team to develop features for our website, support workflow automation, and help with projects involving LLMs and AI model training.\nThis is a strong opportunity for someone who wants exposure to how a startup operates across multiple functions. The tools, workflows, and AI systems you help build may support a range of areas, including but not limited to go-to-market, operations, internal processes, and product development.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild, test, and ship features on the Spacial website\n\nHelp design and improve internal tools and workflow automations that increase speed and efficiency across teams\n\nSupport LLM- and AI-powered initiatives that can be applied across various parts of the business, including go-to-market, operations, customer workflows, and internal knowledge systems\n\nAssist with training, evaluating, and improving AI models and prompts for practical business use cases\n\nCollaborate with engineering, product, operations, and leadership on cross-functional projects\n\nPrototype new tools and systems that help automate manual work and improve team productivity\n\nSupport debugging, QA, and deployment of new features and internal systems\n\nContribute to the technical implementation of experiments that improve how the company operates and serves customers\n\nExample Projects\nBuilding new user-facing features and improvements for the Spacial website\n\nCreating internal dashboards, scripts, or lightweight tools to streamline team workflows\n\nSupporting LLM-based workflows for research, operations, customer support, or go-to-market efforts\n\nImproving data pipelines or processes that help teams work more efficiently\n\nExperimenting with AI tooling to reduce manual tasks and support faster decision-making\n\nAssisting with backend integrations and automation across internal systems Qualifications\n\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n\nStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript\n\nInterest in AI, LLMs, and practical software development\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nInterested in gaining exposure to the many functions involved in building and running a startup\n\nNice to Have\nExperience building web applications\n\nExposure to backend development and APIs\n\nExperience with machine learning tools or AI model workflows\n\nWhat You’ll Gain\nHands-on experience building real-world software
