Working closely with our CEO, data, and engineering teams, you'll shape what agent-powered products look like at Spade and own the platform that brings our numerous products together in one place for customers. This role is ideal for an AI-first PM who wants high ownership and the chance to build a new product line from zero.\nWhat will you be doing?Lead our Agent, Console, and enrichment tool product verticals, collaborating with our engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality products on time\n\nBuild out new agent-related capabilities across our expanding product suite\n\nEngage directly with customers, both through sales and your own conversations, to gather feedback that shapes the roadmap\n\nPartner with engineering to define the UX/UI of our platform product\n\nOwn the roadmap for these products, from priority-setting through delivery\n\nCollaborate with product marketing to coordinate product launches and ongoing marketing\n\nWhat experience, skills, and qualifications are necessary?Must Have:5+ years of experience as a Product Manager\n\nProven track record of building or launching B2B software products end-to-end, from early ideation through delivery and iteration\n\nExperience building AI- or LLM-powered products\n\nExpertise in leveraging AI to accelerate product development cycles\n\nStrong technical fluency: you can partner effectively with engineers, understand API-first products, and make informed trade-off decisions\n\nExceptional communicator: you can make complex ideas feel simple for both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nBased in NYC with the ability to work from our Flatiron office at least 2 days/week\n\nNice to Have:Experience at a startup (Seed to Series C)\n\nExperience at a fintech company\n\nExperience building products where banks and/or credit unions are the primary users\n\nExperience with AI-first products in enterprise settings\n\nNote: we have 2 open PM roles, please only apply for the one that is best suited to you (we will evaluate all candidates on both).
