In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, taking ownership of both business analysis and project management tasks. You will ensure that project goals align with business needs while overseeing the entire project lifecycle - from gathering requirements to delivering solutions.\nAs a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to define, document, and analyse business requirements. You will then take these requirements through to project execution, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. \nIf you are passionate about bridging business needs with technical solutions and managing the successful execution of projects, this is the perfect role for you. \nWhat you'll do:\nCommunicate with customers, business stakeholders, and the technical teams\nWork with the team in project coordination and project monitoring from the beginning to the end\nMaintain project schedules, budgets, and other project documentation\nTrack project progress, deliverables, and administrative tasks\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements\nFacilitate requirement-gathering sessions and solution design discussions\nCollect and specify user requirements (functional specification or product backlog)\nMaintain product backlog, open tasks on DevOps, and track progress\nWork closely with software engineers, data analysts, data engineers, architects, and other specialists to deliver high-quality solutions\nCreate and maintain project documentation, status reports, and other key project artifacts, while supporting project costs, budgets, and document quality control\nWhat we expect:\nUnderstanding of business and delivery processes within the IT sector\nUnderstanding of business analysis, including translating business needs into business and functional requirements\nExperience working within cross-functional teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)\nFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, or similar)\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nExcellent stakeholder management, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently\nReadiness to learn new technologies, with a proactive and responsible approach to work\nProficiency in Croatian and English, both written and spoken\nSkills that will bring you extra points:\nExperience with managing Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects and/or software development projects\nExperience with managing data & analytics projects and/or IT infrastructure projects\nGood understanding of business and delivery pro\nPMP certificate\nSCRUM or AGILE certificate\nWhat's in it for you:\nCompetitive salary according to your experience\nA business phone of your choice\nInHouse testing center- we are giving you an option of gaining professional certificates\nMentor -
