You'll work closely with experienced engineers and architects while continuing to develop your expertise across collaboration, identity, security, and AI technologies.\nWhat You'll Do\nImplement, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and workloads.\nDeliver cloud migration projects, including migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.\nLead or participate in tenant-to-tenant migration, tenant consolidation, merger, and divestiture projects.\nDeploy and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Entra ID solutions.\nAnalyze technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions and migration approaches.\nInvestigate and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft 365 environments.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, migration plans, and operational procedures.\nCollaborate directly with customers, project managers, consultants, and architects throughout project delivery.\nContribute to technical standards, automation, and service improvement initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nTechnical Skills\nWorking knowledge of:Active Directory\nMicrosoft Entra ID\nAuthentication and authorization technologies\nCloud identity models (cloud-only, hybrid, and federated)\nDNS and networking fundamentals\n\nExperience working with one or more of the following technologies:Exchange Online\nMicrosoft Teams\nSharePoint Online\nOneDrive for Business\nMicrosoft Entra ID\nMicrosoft 365 Administration\n\nProfessional Skills\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\nAbility to independently own technical tasks and deliverables.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nStructured and customer-focused approach to problem solving.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within project teams and customer environments.\nNice to Have\nThe following certifications are considered an advantage:\nMS-900 -
