The role combines security architecture, customer advisory, and technical leadership, providing opportunities to influence both strategic direction and solution delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nSecurity Architecture & Solution Design\nDesign secure and scalable solutions across identity, security, compliance, and cloud domains.\nLead architecture activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and assessment through implementation and adoption.\nDefine target-state architectures, security roadmaps, and transformation plans.\nProduce architecture documentation, design decisions, implementation guidance, and technical recommendations.\nEnsure solutions align with security best practices, compliance requirements, and customer objectives.\nProvide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout project delivery.\nCustomer Engagement & Advisory\nEngage with customers to understand business objectives, security requirements, risks, and operational challenges.\nLead workshops, architecture discussions, and solution-design sessions.\nAct as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders throughout security transformation initiatives.\nTranslate business and security requirements into practical technical solutions.\nPresent security strategies, architectural recommendations, and project outcomes to both technical and executive audiences.\nTechnical Leadership\nCollaborate with security engineers, consultants, project managers, and other architects to deliver successful customer outcomes.\nSupport internal teams with architectural guidance, design reviews, and technical mentoring.\nContribute to the development of service offerings, delivery methodologies, and architectural standards.\nStay current with cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, cloud technologies, and Microsoft security capabilities.\nBusiness Development Support\nSupport discussions around solution strategy, scope definition, and project planning when engaging with customers.\nIdentify opportunities to improve customer security posture and maturity through architecture-led initiatives.\nContribute technical expertise to proposals, solution designs, and customer presentations.\nRequired Experience\n10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security architecture, cloud security, identity management, infrastructure security, or related areas.\nProven experience designing and delivering enterprise security solutions.\nExperience leading architecture activities within complex customer environments.\nStrong understanding of modern cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures.\nExperience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders.\nAbility to balance business requirements, security objectives, operational considerations, and technical constraints.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nKey Skills\nSecurity Architecture\nEnterprise security architecture\nIdentity and Access Management (IAM)\nZero Trust architecture\nSecurity governance and risk management\nCloud security architecture\nData protection and information security\nSecurity operations and incident response concepts\nRegulatory and compliance frameworks\nSecure design principles and architecture methodologies\nMicrosoft Security & Identity\nExperience with one or more of the following Microsoft areas: Entra ID, Defender portfolio, Sentinel, Purview, M365 Security & Compliance, Azure security services.\nCloud & Platform Knowledge\nWe value professionals who understand security beyond a single vendor ecosystem.
