From automating deployments and improving CI/CD pipelines to managing cloud infrastructure and strengthening observability, you'll play a critical role in making it easier for our engineers to build and ship great software.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure challenges, eliminating operational friction, and building systems that enable engineering teams to move faster.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and scale our infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure to support our growing platform.\n\nImprove CI/CD pipelines: Build and optimize automated build, testing, and deployment workflows to help engineers ship quickly and confidently.\n\nAutomate everything: Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through infrastructure as code, scripting, and automation.\n\nStrengthen reliability and observability: Implement and improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure system health and availability.\n\nOptimize performance and costs: Monitor infrastructure utilization, identify inefficiencies, and improve performance while managing cloud costs.\n\nBuild secure systems: Partner with engineering and security stakeholders to implement infrastructure security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements.\n\nEnable developer productivity: Create tools, processes, and infrastructure that reduce friction and improve the developer experience.\n\nSupport production operations: Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, investigate incidents, and implement long-term improvements.\n\nCollaborate across engineering: Work closely with software engineers to support new features, architectural decisions, and evolving infrastructure needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n4+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a similar infrastructure-focused role.\n\nStrong experience managing cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, GCP, or Azure.\n\nHands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.\n\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.\n\nExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages.\n\nExperience implementing monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of networking, Linux systems, cloud security, and infrastructure best practices.\n\nExperience troubleshooting production systems and improving reliability.\n\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.\n\nStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach to solving technical challenges.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience working at an early-stage or high-growth startup.\n\nExperience supporting SaaS platforms or data-intensive applications.\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML infrastructure, workloads, or deployment patterns.\n\nExperience with customer-managed cloud environments, including Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC) architectures.\n\nExperience with SOC 2 compliance and infrastructure security controls.\n\nFamiliarity with distributed systems, databases, and high-volume data processing.\n\nExperience building internal developer platforms or self-service infrastructure
