We're constantly improving, advancing, and adopting new trends, new skills, and new expertise, giving our employees virtually endless opportunities for professional development. \nAs a Senior SAP Technical Consultant, you will design, implement, and manage enterprise SAP landscapes while supporting customers in their SAP transformation journey.\nWhat you'll do:\nLead SAP infrastructure, migration, upgrade, and transformation projects\nDesign and administer SAP environments across on-premises, private, and public cloud platforms\nPerform SAP installations, upgrades, system copies, refreshes, and technical migrations\nManage SAP Basis operations for SAP HANA and other database platforms\nSupport SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE adoption initiatives\nImplement high availability, disaster recovery, backup, monitoring, and security solutions\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and conduct root cause analysis\nLead technical workshops, assessments, and SAP roadmap definition activities\nCollaborate with customers and project teams to deliver successful outcomes\nContribute to solution design, effort estimation, project planning, and presales activities\nMentor junior consultants and share technical expertise\nWhat we expect:\n5+ years of SAP Basis/SAP Technical Consulting experience\nStrong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP HANA\nExperience with SAP upgrades, migrations, system copies, and technical conversions\nWindows and/or Linux (RHEL or SUSE preferred) administration experience\nKnowledge of SAP HANA administration, performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts\nExperience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform\nScripting and automation experience (Shell, PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or similar)\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills\nKnowledge of both English and Croatian is a must\nYou are passionate about SAP technologies and continuous learning\nYou are customer-focused, proactive, and accountable\nYou are comfortable with working independently and within international teams\nYou are motivated by solving complex technical challenges\nYou are interested in innovation, automation, and process improvement\nSkill that will bring you extra points:\nSAP certifications\nSAP Security, Authorizations, SSO, and Identity Management experience\nSAP RISE, SAP BTP, and cloud transformation project experience\nKnowledge of VMware, Nutanix, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices\nExperience with managed services, ITIL, presales, or solution architecture\nWhat's in it for you:\nCompetitive salary according to your experience\nA business phone of your choice\nInHouse testing center- we are giving you an option of gaining professional certificates\nMentor -
