Most projects require approximately 10-20 hours per month, with some assignments available during evenings or weekends depending on project requirements.\nWhat SPAR Offers\nFlexible part-time scheduling\n DailyPay - work today, get paid tomorrow (free enrollment required)\nPaid training and ongoing support\nOpportunities for additional hours based on business needs\nOpportunities to work with leading retailers and consumer brands\nCareer development and advancement opportunities\nConsistent support from an experienced field services team\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Retail Auditor, you'll visit assigned retail locations to collect accurate information, complete audits, and help ensure products and displays meet client expectations.\nYour responsibilities may include:\nReview project instructions and client requirements before each store visit\nVisit assigned retail locations during designated service windows\nMeet and communicate professionally with store personnel\nConduct retail audits, product checks, inventory counts, and store observations\nVerify product availability, placement, pricing, signage, displays, and promotional execution\nIdentify and document out-of-stock, discontinued, damaged, or incorrectly displayed products\nCheck merchandise and displays against planograms and merchandising standards\nRemove outdated or discontinued products and materials when required\nStock, organize, and merchandise products according to client guidelines\nCapture photos and supporting documentation using a smartphone or tablet\nAccurately enter audit results and project information using mobile reporting tools\nTravel between assigned retail locations as needed\nComplete and submit required reports on the same day services are performed\nMaintain high-quality results by following client and SPAR standards\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently and have a strong eye for detail.\nIdeal candidates will have:\nPrevious retail, merchandising, auditing, inventory, field service, or customer service experience preferred\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to read and follow planograms, project instructions, and merchandising standards\nProfessional communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to interact comfortably with store personnel\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nAbility to work independently and manage assigned tasks\nEffective problem-solving skills\nComfort using smartphones, tablets, mobile apps, and digital reporting tools\nAvailability to work within required retailer service windows, including weekday daytime hours and occasional evenings or weekends\nAbility to lift and carry up to 40 pounds repeatedly\nAbility to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods\nReliable transportation to travel between assigned retail locations\nAndroid or iOS smartphone or tablet with internet access\nActive email address for work-related communication and reporting\nSPAR has more than 50 years of experience in retail and consumer goods serving some of the world’s best companies.
