Barista - Full-Time
SPAR Catherine Street is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our café team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will prepare and serve quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment in a fast-paced setting.
Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages
Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café and work areas
Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and product availability
Monitor stock levels and report shortages as required
Follow all food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures
Work effectively as part of a team to create a positive customer experience

Requirements
Previous experience working as a Barista is required
Relevant barista training or certification is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
