Position summary
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join one of our clients' development teams, contributing to applications that support business operations.
You will work with C# and .NET, combining hands-on development with functional analysis and technical problem-solving. You will help translate business requirements into reliable software, contribute to development practices and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
This opportunity suits someone who enjoys understanding the processes behind an application and takes pride in building stable, maintainable solutions.
Key responsibilities

Develop and improve software applications using C# and .NET.

Analyse functional requirements and translate them into detailed development tasks and technical solutions.

Design and work with relational databases using SQL Server.

Use Entity Framework Core to support application data access.
-
Apply asynchronous programming, dependency injection and inversion of control where appropriate.
-
Help maintain application stability, quality and performance.
-
Support junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and helping resolve development challenges.

Evaluate relevant technologies and contribute to improvements in development standards and practices.

Collaborate with colleagues throughout analysis, implementation and ongoing application improvement.
Requirements
Must-have skills:

At least five years of relevant experience in software development.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.

Strong practical experience with C# and .NET.

A solid understanding of async/await, dependency injection and inversion of control.

Knowledge of relational database design and SQL Server.

Experience with Entity Framework Core.

A careful approach to software development, with attention to reliability, maintainability and performance.
