Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies covering both automated and manual testing.
• Create robust automation scripts and suites using industry-standard testing tools (e. g., Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, and JMeter).
• Establish, document, and enforce Spare's overall testing philosophy, standards, and best practices.
• Define and track relevant quality assurance KPIs and metrics, regularly reporting on quality standards, testing outcomes, and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and goals.
• Execute rigorous manual and exploratory testing to identify critical defects and ensure high-quality releases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and security testing across Spare's platforms and applications.
• Continuously improve and adapt testing practices in response to feedback, evolving technology, and business needs.
• Regularly review and optimize test coverage, reducing redundancy and enhancing effectiveness.
• Ensure clear and concise documentation of all test cases, scenarios, and results.
• Thoughtfully leverage AI and automation tools to enhance test accuracy and efficiency without creating over-reliance.
