This role has the important responsibility of ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.\nOur ideal Project Safety Supervisor candidate will be will someone who leads incident and injury investigations with the support from Production leadership and provide assistance during weekly toolbox safety meetings\nWhatwill you do in this position?\nResponsible for generating weekly Total Case Incident Reports on large projects and submitting them to project leadership and management.\nProvides field-level HSE leadership through inspections, training, hazard identification, incident prevention, and risk management while supporting compliance with OSHA and applicable federal, state, local, and client requirements.\nBuilds strong relationships with employees, supervisors, project managers, and operations leadership to promote engagement and continuous improvement.\nDo you have the Spark? Here’s what we’re looking for:\n3-5 years of previous experience in an HSE or safety role, preferably in electrical, construction, renewable energy, industrial, or utility environments.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements.\nExperience with field inspections, hazard assessments, JHAs/SWPs, and incident investigations.\nStrong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to identify hazards, assess risk, and recommend practical controls.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\nProficiency with safety management systems and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with third-party prequalification systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAbility and willingness to travel to project and field locations.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in Occupational Health and Safety is an asset.\nBCSP certification plus 3 years’ experience \nMust have OSHA 30 hours, OSHA 500/510, ASP, CSP, GSP or CHST certification is considered an asset.\nValid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, where required.\nWorking Conditions:\nMust be available to work Monday to Friday 10-hour shift Saturday 8 hours\nStanding, walking, sitting, climbing, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted in both indoor office and outdoor constructions jobsite settings.
