You will consistently exceed delivery on our promises to be helpful, personal, proactive, and committed by supporting our customers with internet, phone, and video services that help them stay connected to what matters most.\nWe are open to hiring remote if we find the right talent in Phoenix, AZ.\nWhat you will do to contribute to the company's success\nAnswers inbound calls from current customers requesting services to be removed or disconnected and works to retain Sparklightservices and gross revenue on each transaction.\n\nListens with empathy to build rapport with the customer.\n\nIdentifies issues and offers resolutions using creative sales techniques.\n\nAchieves monthly key metrics and high call quality through call flow structure, persuasive skills, and adherence to schedules.\n\nAccurately and efficiently inputs orders using multiple order entry programs.\n\nMaintains current knowledge and understanding of competitors’ offers in order toprovide our customers beneficial offers with Sparklight.\n\nQualifications\nAt least six months previous experience in customer service will set you up for success in this position. Call center experience is a plus!\n\nA proactive approach - some customers require a little 'push' to commit - be persistent even after a hard refusal/rejection.\n\nWe are looking for outgoing individuals! Be able to direct conversations and close sales.\n\nProblem-solving is key when working with our customers. Be able to listen to customers with patience and empathy, then present workable solutions.\n\nThe technology world never stops changing - be able to keep pace with the product improvements we’re providing our customers.\n\nResilience - the ability to stay cool, calm, and collected during difficult or challenging circumstances and bounce back with positivity.\n\nRegular and predictable attendance is required.
