This position conducts all safety-related functions in compliance with Company, Federal and State Regulations, and is responsible for maintaining our culture of Zero Preventable Accidents.\nWe are open to hiring remote if we find the right talent in any of the following states: AZ, ID, ND, NM, NV, TX.\nWhat you will do to contribute to the company's success\nEnsures all worksites across the Company’s footprint are compliant with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and other applicable state, local, or and other industry-specific regulations or mandates.\nDelivers appropriate, OSHA compliant, safety and health, accident prevention, and accident investigation training for managers and supervisors.\nConducts periodic inspection of worksites to assure safe and healthful working conditions.\nRecommends appropriate mediation to management for abatement of any identified hazards.\nInvestigates accidents to identify root causes to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future.
