We need a team member who is flexible, likes new challenges, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative and is willing to put in the hours required to achieve personal and professional development results. \n\nYour role as an Analyst Intern in our Advisory team will include:\n\nSupport the team in origination, structuring & execution efforts across M&A, token and equity transactions\n\nAssist with the preparation of presentation materials, including information memorandums, management presentations, marketing materials & pitchbooks\n\nAssist with the construction of detailed financial models to evaluate company performance and analyze the impact of different capital / transaction structures\n\nAssist with the review & design of token economics concepts, token models & whitepapers\n\nAssist with the evaluating & analyzing new business opportunities and selection of new mandates\n\nAssist with client coverage & process management including strategic analysis, due diligence & business / thematic research\n\nQualifications\n\nAble to commit for at least 2 months (full-time internship) with a goal to convert the internship to a full-time role post-graduation\n\nPrevious internship experience in investment banking (M&A, capital raising) is preferred but not required\n\nActive interest in Web3 \n\nProactive learner who is able to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong sense of ownership and professional drive \n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; creative, entrepreneurial, and able to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced, digitally-centric environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nTo-apply\n\nSend us your CV and cover letter detailing your interest in the crypto industry, your relevant professional experience, and how your expertise could contribute to our advisory team’s goals.
