Apply now!\nLocation:\n4067 County Road 130 - Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311-9359Monday- Friday\n8:00am-4:00pm\n$22.00 per hour\nPosition Summary:\nThis Coordinator role is responsible to direct the completion of all daily inventory control tasks on a specific shift. Lead is well versed in systems used by Inventory Control. Lead to assist when Supervisor/Manager is unavailable.\nHere’s what you’ll do:\nIn addition to all Clerk 2 responsibilities, Coordinator 3 will perform Manager/Supervisor duties during absence. For example, balance on hand (BOH) syncs, attend weekly meetings, Mgr/Spvr reporting signoffs.\nEnsure all documents are completed and filed according to inventory control policy.\nCoordinator 3 will align inventory control tasks to staff. \nCoordinator 3 will perform all aspects of training Inventory control associates.\nAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.\nAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. \nOne year of relevant job experience. \nStrong written and verbal communication skills. \nStrong organization, problem-solving and time management skills. \nExtensive knowledge of WMS system and use in all formats.\nMust be detail-oriented and able to lead and motivate team to meet deadlines. \nProficient in MS Office (Excel and Word).\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
