Apply now!\nLocation:\n1801 Valley View Drive - Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503Position Summary:\nThis role is responsible to perform the primary responsibility of efficient and accurate checking of all vendor deliveries and to perform other functions as required in an efficient manner within the company policies, to ensure that the shift contributes to the best financial interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.\nHere’s what you’ll do:\nEnsure that all procedures are followed when checking in or out vendors.\n\nReceive all merchandise, check and verify invoices, process all credits, accurately log according to company procedures.\n\nCommunicate promptly to the Store Director any problems or situations which may affect the integrity of the store or of the vendor.\n\nEnsure stock/product is taken to applicable storage and/or workload areas.\n\nHandle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.\n\nKnowledge of product locations in the store, in order to be able to assist customers.\n\nMaintain receiving records and logs for internal audits.\n\nMaintain a clean, attractive and well stocked department.\n\nFollow all policies and procedures relating to security of receiving door.\n\nFollow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.\n\nFollow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.\n\nFollow Guest Experience Guidelines.\n\nMay be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need\n\nAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.\n\nHere’s what you’ll need:\nHigh school graduate or equivalent (GED)\n\nAbility to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents\n\nBasic mathematical skills\n\nSuggestive Selling/Knowledge of Products\n\nDetail Oriented\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
