Additionally, this role is responsible for meeting company guidelines for guest experience, as well as complying with company guidelines for safety and food safety.\nHere’s What You’ll Do:\nPrepare and Produce Meat Products to Production Planner\n\nPackage and Label Meat Products per program plan\n\nMerchandise Meat Products per Flight plan/Merchandising Expectations\n\nStock Backroom with Meat Products - Rotating and Dating Cases/Buckets\n\nNotify the Meat Manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.\n\nWork as a team with other departments and Stores to achieve growth in our SpartanNash Retail stores\n\nUnderstand basic functions of adding, subtracting, multiplying and division\n\nCommunicate tasks, recipes, weights and measures, and cleaning steps completed to other associates\n\nFollow all PPE and Safety Guidelines\n\nFollow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations\n\nFollow Guest Experience Guidelines\n\nMay be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need\n\nAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed\n\nHere’s What You’ll Need:\nHigh School Diploma (GED) preferred\n\nOne year of retail or related experience preferred\n\nAbility to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documents\n\nBasic mathematical skills\n\nDetail Oriented\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
