In this position you will assist with all aspects of construction projects process including: being a customer liaison, job setup, permits, project documentation, project schedules, change orders, purchase orders, equipment delivery status, progress billings, invoices, update & maintenance of project reports, and assembly & completion of project closeout documentation. \n\nEssential Functions:\nAssemble, maintain, and regularly update construction project data and work order lists.\nMaintain cost data relative to items such as project budget, labor hours, & equipment /material costs from project commencement thru project completion.\nCollect, monitor, review, & disseminate, project documentation to applicable parties.\nPrepare general correspondence such as memos, letters, reports, & meeting minutes.\nOrganize and maintain project files and documents including electronically stored files, as well as hard copy files. Collect & integrate project data into files to be archived upon project completion.\nAssist Project Managers in preparation and tracking of Change Orders.\nAssist with managing of Construction Material Purchase Orders.\nManage Project \"Close Out\" process for projects, including verification of Job Profitability Report.\nQualifications:\nExcellent organizational and follow up skills with the ability to formulate solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner\n Strong computer skills & knowledge including MS Word and Excel.\n Ability to deal effectively and efficiently with People.\n Ability to Multitask and prioritize with little supervision.\n Ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients & co-workers.\n Reliable and self-motivated.\n Superior attention to details.\n Familiarity with construction terminology and construction contracts.\n Experience with accounting and job costing.\nBenefits:• Paid holidays • Paid vacation and sick time, Up to four weeks’ vacation with tenure • 401K match • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance as well as supplemental coverages offered• Company-paid Life Insurance \n\nSPATCO Energy Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
