The selected candidate will provide on-site PeopleSoft administration and support for Federal Government environments, with a focus on PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.\nThis role requires hands-on support for PeopleSoft system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing operational maintenance. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and functional teams to help ensure the successful delivery and operation of enterprise PeopleSoft solutions. As a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers.\nWork Location: On-site/hybrid, Arlington, VA\nRemote Work: No remote work is permitted for this position.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Administer and support PeopleSoft applications, including PeopleSoft HCM and related modules.\nSupport PeopleSoft system maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, and operational improvements.\nAssist with PeopleSoft configuration, testing, issue resolution, and system optimization.\nTroubleshoot PeopleSoft application issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.\nSupport PeopleSoft integrations, data validation, and system monitoring activities.\nAssist with requirements analysis, documentation, user support, and training materials.\nWork with functional and technical teams to support PeopleSoft business processes.\nSupport compliance with Federal Government and customer requirements.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\n Experience administering or supporting PeopleSoft applications.\nWorking knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or related PeopleSoft modules.\nUnderstanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, PeopleTools, integrations, and system support.\nAbility to troubleshoot PeopleSoft application issues and coordinate technical resolution.\nStrong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nMust possess an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.\nMust be able to work on-site/hybrid in Arlington, VA.\nNo remote work is allowed.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or related modules.\nFamiliarity with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).\nFamiliarity with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Application Engine.\nExperience with PeopleSoft upgrades, including PeopleTools and HCM upgrades.\nExperience with PeopleSoft testing tools, including PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).\nExperience supporting PeopleSoft implementations for Federal Government or Department of Defense customers.\nAdditional Information:\nClearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.\n Work Environment: Arlington, VA -
