The ideal candidate will provide deep functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and related modules to support Federal Government HR modernization programs. This role involves working across on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, supporting implementation, optimization, and ongoing system improvements.\nThe successful candidate will bring extensive PeopleSoft implementation experience, along with a strong understanding of federal HR and payroll processes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and functional teams, helping ensure the successful delivery and operation of enterprise PeopleSoft solutions.\nAs a valued member of the SFI team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical capabilities to our Federal Government customers.\nWork Location: On-site, Arlington, VA\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as the primary technical subject matter expert for PeopleSoft HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules.\nSupport PeopleSoft system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including requirements analysis, configuration, and testing.\nCollaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve complex PeopleSoft configuration and integration issues.\nDevelop and deliver PeopleSoft training programs and user documentation.\nAnalyze PeopleSoft issues and defects and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.\nSupport PeopleSoft data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.\nProvide expert guidance on PeopleSoft best practices and federal HR regulatory compliance.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n7+ years of PeopleSoft implementation experience, including 5+ years serving as a PeopleSoft SME.\nDemonstrated expertise in PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Financials), PeopleTools, integrations, customizations, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) processes.\nStrong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, configuration, and system optimization.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\nMust possess an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.\nDesired Skills:\nExperience with Cross-Domain Enterprise Solutions (CDES) and Oracle RDBMS 19c.\nExperience with PeopleSoft Financials Management Software, PeopleSoft Global Payroll, and PeopleSoft CRM (case management).\nKnowledge of Oracle APEX is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with DevSecOps tools such as CAST, Palo Alto, PHIRE, and Stonebranch.\nExperience with automated testing tools, including PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) and Tricentis.\nExperience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, roadmaps, and performance metrics.\nExperience supporting de-customization efforts within PeopleSoft applications.\nOracle PeopleSoft HCM or Financials functional certification preferred.\nExperience supporting PeopleSoft implementations within the Department of Defense (DoD).\nFamiliarity with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Application Engine.\nExperience with PeopleSoft upgrades, including PeopleTools and HCM upgrades.\nAdditional Information:\nClearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one.\n Work Environment: On-site as required by the contract.\nThis is a full-time, W2 position.\nNo agencies, third parties, or Corp-to-Corp submissions.\nSpatial Front Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer -
