In this role, you will configure and develop NSF ICM features, workflows, forms, business logic, reports, integrations, and automated tests under the direction of the Technical Lead and Solution Architect.\nLocation: Hybrid remote, with occasional on-site as needed\nKey Responsibilities:\nConfigure tables, forms, fields, related lists, UI policies, data policies, and business rules.\nDevelop scripts, Script Includes, client scripts, scheduled jobs, and notifications.\nBuild flows, subflows, approvals, SLAs, escalations, and assignment rules.\nConfigure Workspace/UI Builder pages, lists, actions, and role-based navigation.\nCreate reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for case workload and status.\nDevelop ATF tests and support regression testing and UAT defect correction.\nDocument configurations, code, deployment steps, and technical decisions.\nSupport environment promotion, production deployment, and post-release stabilization. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent technical studies (required)\n10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment\nStrong JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide API skills.\nExperience with scoped applications, App Engine, Flow Designer, Workspace/UI Builder, ATF, and reporting.\nWorking knowledge of ServiceNow case-management patterns and secure data handling.\nExperience configuring ACLs, roles, notifications, approvals, and audit history.\nAbility to build REST integrations, import sets, and transform maps.\nExperience with Agile user stories, peer review, defect tracking, and release management.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills. \nDesired Certifications:\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)\nAdditional Information\nWork Authorization: Must be either a US citizen, and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. \n Clearance: Background checks may include criminal history, education/certification and employment verifications, credit history, and fingerprinting (Public Trust investigations typically take 4-8 weeks).\nLocation: Hybrid remote, with occasional on-site as needed\nSalary Range: $110,000 - $170,000 annually\n Benefits: SFI offers a comprehensive benefits package.
