The ideal candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, product teams, and developers to translate product strategy into actionable user stories while guiding Agile processes and removing barriers to team success.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis\nPartner with stakeholders to translate product strategy and roadmap into user stories, features, and enablers\nAnalyze user needs to define functional and cross-functional requirements across the SDLC\nDecompose large epics into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria\nManage and maintain the product backlog in Jira\nSupport backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning\nConduct bi-weekly testing and validation of completed user stories\nEnsure delivered functionality aligns with requirements and customer expectations\nScrum Master / Agile Leadership\nServe as Scrum Master, ensuring Agile best practices are followed\nFacilitate all Agile ceremonies, including: Backlog Refinement\n Sprint Planning\n Daily Stand-Ups\n Sprint Reviews / Demos\n Sprint Retrospectives\n\nIdentify and remove impediments and blockers to team progress\nCoach team members to improve processes, collaboration, and delivery outcomes\nTrack and communicate team metrics and performance indicators\nCollaboration & Support\nSupport the Project Manager in coordinating meetings, presentations, and deliverables\nEngage with customers and end users to address questions and gather feedback\nPromote strong communication across technical and non-technical teams\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or six (6) years of equivalent work experience instead of a degree\nMinimum five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst\nAt least two (2) years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting IT/software development efforts\nDemonstrated ability to develop detailed, comprehensive, testable, and traceable requirements, including: Business Requirements\n Functional Requirements\n Data Requirements\n System/Software Specifications\n Use Cases\n\nHands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nProficiency with Jira and Confluence\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience supporting federal government programs\nAgile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent\nExperience working in regulated or secure environments\nClearance & Eligibility Requirements\nMust be a US Citizen or Green Card holder \nAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance\nWillingness to complete fingerprinting and background investigation for system access and badging\nOther Information:\nThe salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 annually\nFor information on SFI's benefits, please visit http://www.spatialfront.com/pages/career.html\nThis is a full-time W2 position.\nPlease no agencies, third parties, or corp-to-corp.\nSpatial Front Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer;
